La moda è un fenomeno che attira non solo per il mondo patinato che la circonda, per il lusso e l’eleganza che ne fa da protagonista, ma anche per il desiderio di mettersi in mostra e giocare con le novità e le ultime tendenze.
Il “fashion system” crea una sorta di glocalizzazione all’interno di un sistema globale mettendo a confronto realtà e culture diverse, giocando e confrontandosi con stili differenti.
Detto ciò, è divertente come il sito “Swagger New York”, molto seguito in America, abbia voluto tagliare il nastro d’apertura delle sfilate della fashion week americana chiedendo all’illustratore italiano Michele Moricci di vestire le icone dei cartoni animati anni novanta con gli abiti dei designer più in voga di Manhattan.
