Fratinardi.it is an official dealer for all products and all trademarks on the website. Each item has got its proper guarantee certificate.
All the items have been selected following strict standard control systems.

Fratinardi.it offers to all the users the opportunity to purchase items that are available in stock. It is not possible  to order items that are not already available, except for the "wedding shoes". All orders are subjected to stock availability and acceptance.

Images and descriptions of each product are available online, as well as a size chart to help in choosing the correct size. 

FRATINARDI.IT declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a user computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original.

Products Availability:

Once the order has been processed by the Orders Department, FRATINARDI.IT reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with FRATINARDI.IT. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Customer's request.
