PAYMENT METHODS
The items purchased must be paid together with the success of the online transaction via Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Credit Card:
We kindly inform new customers that the first order must necessarily get a check by the bank that issued the credit card used for payment. Our bank will then contact the user bank to verify all the payment details. After that, we will proceed to the shipment. For personal security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address.
This test may cause a delay of 1-2 working days while sending your first order.
All the financial credit cards info, such as the credit card number, the expiration date and personal data, will arrive directly to the Bank in charge to check the payment transaction (Banca Della Campania, Paypal, or even otherCredit Institutions affiliated with us) via encrypted protocol.
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches with the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is correctly written as it appears on the card.
The order amount will be charged on customer's credit card only when the parcel will be ready for shipment.
All the payments via American Express are going to be shipped just if the credit card holder's data (name, surname and address) correspond to the order billing data (name, surname and address). Fratinardi verifies directly the correspondence with the American Express system. If even one of the data do not correspond, the transaction will be canceled.
PayPal:
You may pay via PayPal using your PayPal account. For any further info about PayPal as a payment method click here. In case of payment via PayPal, Fratinardi will ship the parcel just if the PayPal account's data (name, surname and address) correspond to the order billing data. The shipment address must be the same of the address recorded on PayPal account.
Credit Card Charges:
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for both available merchandise and for Pre-order items (which are shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives).
Bank Transfer:
We will transmit by e-mail our bank details. Payment must be made within 2 (two) business days by the order date.
We remind our customers that this payment method should be registered in 2 (two) working days. In case the wire transfer has not reached our bank account within that time, Fratinardi.it reserves the right to cancel the order. All the fees and bank charges are exclusively up to the customer. Fratinardi.it reserves the right to require a payment integration if the amount accounted does not correspond to the amount of the order. We will not ship out the order until the bank transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the merchandise will be available in our warehouse.
Cash on delivery :
It is possible to order choosing "cash on delivery" payment just for italian delivery addresses.
PRICES & TAXES
Prices for EU members:
Products prices published on the website Fratinardi.it reflect the actual retail price of the goods and they are all VAT included.
Prices for all other Customers (non-European Community):
Product prices reflect the actual retail price of the goods TAX FREE as well. Tax Free price is reserved to international customers (outside-UE) . The total amount of the order will be automatically calculated not considering the Italian value added tax and the final invoice will reflect this tax exemption.
Import fees for non- European members:
Shipments destination outside the European Community are VAT exempted, even if they are affected by import fees (DDU DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID) based on the customers' home country regulations.
Payment of these DDU fees is the sole competence and responsibility of the customers.
Product prices DO NOT include IMPORT FEES (based on the customer's home country regulation).The payment of these fees is necessary to guarantee the delivery. As we are unable to estimate the amount of the fees, we suggest you to contact the custom house or the customs import office closest to you.
PROMO CODES:
Clients who have been sent a FRATINARDI PROMO CODE by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional web sites can insert this code during order purchase and checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date that limits its use and cannot be extended. PROMO CODES cannot be used with Store Credit Vouchers.
